Founded in 1963, Pompes funèbres François Schneiter et fils is a family-run funeral home based in Yverdon-les-Bains, in the canton of Vaud. Reachable day and night, the team travels to the place of death, takes charge of transporting the deceased and guides each family through the necessary steps. From its office on Rue du Buron in Yverdon-les-Bains, it handles every stage: the first formalities, the full organisation of the funeral, the preparation of the tribute ceremony and support with the steps that follow.
Services include funeral organisation, transport and placing in the coffin, supply of the coffin, drafting of death notices, administrative formalities and repatriation within Switzerland or abroad. Tailored pre-need contracts make it possible to arrange the ceremony, music and flowers in advance. Rooted in its community, the firm supports local Swiss associations and societies.

Il y a plusieurs années ils se sont occupés de ma maman. Je me rappelle de l’extrême gentillesse et de la douceur avec laquelle ils ont prit sont de ma maman qui avait l’air de simplement dormir. Ils ont été à mon écoute et m’ont soutenue dans ce moment douloureux en sachant que j’étais seule car malheureusement pas de famille proche. Encore aujourd’hui je m’en rappelle et cela me touche profondément. Merci à vous 🙏🏻🤍
Y’a quelques années nous avions fait appel déjà à cet entreprise pour mon grand papa, pour ma grand maman, pour mon grand oncle et y’a quelques jours c’était pour mon papa… Ils sont à l’écoute, ils ont de l’empathie… C’est une entreprise sérieuse… Je vous la recommande…..
