Participation certificates carry no voting right but are economically equivalent to ordinary shares. Funere SA also holds 10,000,000 ordinary shares.
The process
All you need is a computer and your phone. Nothing else.

Follow the setup and write your 24-word recovery phrase down on paper — your unique key.
From your computer, go to shares.funere.com, sign in to Aktionariat via QR code and open the direct investment flow.
Pick the tokens, place the order and pay by bank transfer. The tokens appear as soon as the payment is received.
