Ils se sont occupés de ma maman en 2015, puis de mon papa en 2026, et dans les deux situations, leur professionnalisme a été irréprochable. Tout a été géré avec une grande dignité, beaucoup de respect et une attention particulière aux moindres détails. Au-delà de l’organisation parfaite, c’est surtout leur humanité qui m’a marqué. Dans ces moments où l’on est perdu, ils savent trouver les mots justes, faire preuve de discrétion et nous soulager d’un poids immense.
