Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die grosse Anteilnahme und die vielen Zeichen der Verbundenheit beim Abschied von unserem lieben Peter Meili-Simeon. Die tröstenden Worte und unzähligen Karten und Briefe haben uns tief berührt, im Speziellen auch die vielen Beileidsbekundungen seiner ehemaligen Patientinnen und Patienten. Besonderer Dank gebührt Pfarrer Paul Kleiner für die einfühlsame Gestaltung der schönen Abschiedsfeier und Noemie An Meili, Iara Ferrer und Luna Lee Molitor für das wunderschöne Klavier- und Geigenspiel sowie der Organistin Tina Zweimüller. Darin einschliessen möchten wir auch das Team vom Lindenbaum in Pfäffikon für den wunderbaren Apéro. Unser herzlicher Dank gilt dem Team des Pflegeheims Sophie-Guyer in Pfäffikon für die liebevolle und fürsorgliche Pflege und der Hausärztin Frau Dr. med. Bettina Naef für die langjährige, einfühlsame Betreuung. Die vielen schönen Begegnungen und die gemeinsam geteilten Erinnerungen an Peter haben uns sehr bewegt und erfüllen uns mit grosser Dankbarkeit.

2. Choose a funeral home
Organise transport and the first wishes of the deceased.
3. Inform loved ones and the potential employer
Before any public announcement, it is essential to personally inform the family, close friends, and any potential employer of the deceased.
4. Official notification to the Civil Registry Office
The death must be officially reported to the Civil Registry Office of the place of death within 48 hours. This procedure is required to obtain burial or cremation permits.
